Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start on the Ice Age Trail and make your way toward Lodi, Wisconsin. From the center of Lodi, head east on WI-113 N for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Gibraltar Rock Rd. Continue on Gibraltar Rock Rd for about 1 mile until you reach the Gibraltar Rock State Natural Area parking lot. There is no fee for parking.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, take a bus to Lodi. From the bus station in Lodi, you may need to use a rideshare service or taxi to reach Gibraltar Rock State Natural Area, as public transport options may be limited. The distance from the bus station to the park is approximately 3 miles. Be sure to check local bus schedules for the most accurate routes and times.

• Bicycle

  For those who are biking, you can follow the Ice Age Trail towards Lodi. Once you reach Lodi, take WI-113 N and then turn left on Gibraltar Rock Rd. The ride from Lodi to the park is roughly 3 miles and can be a scenic route to enjoy the surroundings.

• Walking

  If you're feeling adventurous and are staying nearby, you can walk from Lodi to Gibraltar Rock State Natural Area. The walk will take approximately 1 hour and follows Gibraltar Rock Rd directly to the park. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water, as it can be a strenuous walk.
