If you're driving in Bayfield, head towards Rittenhouse Avenue. From the Bayfield ferry terminal, take State Highway 13 North. Continue until you reach the intersection with Rittenhouse Avenue. Turn left onto Rittenhouse Avenue. Old Rittenhouse Inn will be on your right at 301 Rittenhouse Ave. There is parking available on site.
Public Transportation
Bayfield does not have extensive public transportation options. However, if you're staying in nearby towns, consider taking a local shuttle service or a taxi. The nearest bus station is in Ashland, approximately 30 minutes away. From Ashland, you can take a taxi or rideshare service directly to Old Rittenhouse Inn at 301 Rittenhouse Ave. Be prepared for a taxi fare that may range from $30 to $50.
Walking
If you're already in the downtown Bayfield area, you can easily walk to Old Rittenhouse Inn. From the Bayfield Marina, head west on Washington Avenue until you reach Rittenhouse Avenue. Turn left on Rittenhouse Avenue, and you will see the Inn at 301 Rittenhouse Ave, about a 15-minute walk.
