If you're driving, start from downtown Chippewa Falls. Head east on E Park Ave toward N Bridge St. Turn left onto N Bridge St and continue straight to stay on N Bridge St. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto Old Eau Claire Rd. Continue for approximately 1 mile, and you will see Joas Park Nature Preserve on your right at 300 Old Eau Claire Rd. There is free parking available at the preserve.

If you're using public transportation, take the Chippewa Valley Transit bus from the Chippewa Falls Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards Eau Claire and get off at the nearest stop to Old Eau Claire Rd (check the current bus schedule for exact stops). From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Joas Park Nature Preserve. Walk east on E Park Ave, turn left onto N Bridge St, and then turn right onto Old Eau Claire Rd. Follow this road until you reach the preserve at 300 Old Eau Claire Rd.
