    If you are starting from downtown Chippewa Falls, head south on N Bridge St toward E Grand Ave. Continue on WI-124 S for about 6 miles. Turn left onto US-53 S and follow the signs for Eau Claire. After about 12 miles, take the exit for WI-29 W toward Abbotsford. Continue on WI-29 W for about 20 miles, then take the exit toward Cornell. Merge onto WI-64 W and follow it for another 5 miles. Finally, turn right onto 255th St. Brunet Island State Park will be on your left at 23125 255th St, Cornell, WI 54732. Parking is available at the park entrance.
