From the main entrance of Devil's Lake State Park, head northwest on S. Lake Rd toward Park Entrance Rd. Continue on S. Lake Rd for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto County Road DL and continue for about 3 miles. You will reach a T-intersection with Great Sauk State Trail. Turn right, and the Earth, Sky, Water mural will be on your left shortly after.
