Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Green Bay, start at the corner of Washington Street and Adams Street. Head north on Adams Street until you reach E. Walnut Street. Turn right and continue east until you reach the intersection with N. Quincy Street. Turn left on N. Quincy Street and walk until you reach the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary is located at 1660 East Shore Drive, which will be on your right.

  • Bus

    From downtown Green Bay, take the Green Bay Metro bus route 8 heading towards Bay Beach. Board the bus at the Green Bay Transit Center. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the Bay Beach stop. After getting off, walk east towards the entrance of the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.

    If you prefer biking, start from the downtown area and head towards the Fox River Trail. Follow the trail north along the river until you reach the intersection with E. Shore Drive. Turn left onto E. Shore Drive and ride until you reach the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary will be on your left.
