Head south on US-12 for approximately 1.5 miles, then take the exit for WI-33 W. Continue on WI-33 W for about 4 miles. You will see signs for the Ice Age Trailhead parking on the right. Park your car here. From the parking lot, follow the marked Ice Age Trail heading towards Cleopatra's Needle. The hike to the Needle is about 1.5 miles, taking approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your pace.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus to Baraboo, WI. Once you arrive at the Baraboo bus station, you will need to use a taxi or rideshare service to reach the Ice Age Trail parking area.
