Car
If you are traveling by car from Lovell, WY, head west on US-14/WY-310 for about 10 miles. Turn left onto Unnamed Rd. Continue on Unnamed Rd for approximately 3 miles, following the signs for Horseshoe Bend Campground. The campground will be on your right. Make sure to have a map or GPS device ready as cell service may be limited.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in the Bighorn Basin. However, you can take a bus from Cody, WY to Lovell, WY. Once in Lovell, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Horseshoe Bend Campground Loop A, which is about 13 miles away. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may not run frequently.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, biking from Lovell is an option. Take US-14/WY-310 west out of Lovell and follow the same route as vehicles. Be cautious of traffic, especially on the highway. The distance is approximately 13 miles one way, so plan accordingly with water and snacks.
