Car
If you are driving from anywhere in the Black Hills, head towards US-16 E. Continue on US-16 E until you reach the junction with US-85 N. Take US-85 N towards Deadwood. After approximately 40 miles, merge onto I-90 W. Follow I-90 W for about 60 miles and take exit 57 toward US-26 W. Continue on US-26 W for about 10 miles until you reach Moose St in Jackson, Wyoming. The Murie Ranch Historic District will be at the end of Moose St. There is no entrance fee, but parking is available nearby.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Rapid City to Jackson. The nearest bus station in Rapid City is the Rapid City Regional Airport. From the airport, you can catch a Greyhound bus to Jackson. Once you arrive in Jackson, you can take a local taxi or rideshare to Moose St. The taxi fare may vary, but expect to pay around $20-$30 for the ride to the Murie Ranch Historic District. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may not run frequently.
