If you're starting from the Cheyenne Depot Museum located at 121 W 15th St, head east on W 15th St towards Capitol Ave. Turn left onto Capitol Ave and continue walking north until you reach W 22nd St. Turn right on W 22nd St and follow it until you reach S Lions Park Dr. The Cheyenne Botanic Gardens will be on your left at 710 S Lions Park Dr.
