Car

If you're driving, start from Riverton, WY, which is about 50 miles away from Devil's Gate. Take WY-134 E towards Hudson. After about 15 miles, turn right onto WY-20 W. Continue on WY-20 W for about 25 miles, then turn left onto Alcova Highway (County Rd 307). Drive for about 10 miles, and you'll see the signs for Devil's Gate Historic Site. The site has a small parking area where you can leave your vehicle.
Public Transportation

Public transportation options are limited in Fremont County. However, you can take a bus from Riverton to Alcova. Check with local transit services for schedules, as they may not operate daily.
