Walking
If you are starting from downtown Rock Springs, head east on Flaming Gorge Way towards Elk St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Elk St. Turn right onto Elk St, and the Explore Rock Springs & Green River Visitor Center will be on your left at 1641 Elk St. This walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

For those biking from the Rock Springs Historic District, head east on E 1st St towards Elk St. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Elk St and continue for another 0.2 miles. The Explore Rock Springs & Green River Visitor Center will be on your left at 1641 Elk St. This route is approximately 0.5 miles and should take about 5-10 minutes depending on your speed.
