Car
From Pinedale, Wyoming, head north on US-191 N for approximately 24 miles. Turn right onto WY-352 E and follow it for about 15 miles. You will reach the Elkhart Park Trailhead, where you can park your vehicle. The trailhead is the starting point to hike to Squaretop Mountain.
Hiking
From the Elkhart Park Trailhead, take the Elkhart Trail. The hike to Squaretop Mountain is about 6 miles one way and is moderately strenuous. Follow the trail markers and enjoy the scenic views. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks for the hike. Plan for approximately 4-6 hours for the round trip.
