Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, the most common route to Grand Teton National Park is via US-89 S. From Jackson, head north on US-89 S towards Moose. Continue on this road for about 12 miles until you reach the park entrance. There is an entrance fee of $35 per vehicle valid for 7 days. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the various viewpoints and trails, including the popular Jenny Lake and Signal Mountain.

• Public Transportation

  For those relying on public transportation, the START bus system operates routes from Jackson to various locations in Teton County. You can take the START bus from Jackson to the Moose Junction stop. From there, you will need to catch the Grand Teton National Park shuttle (seasonal service) to reach different areas within the park.
