Car
If you are driving, start from Jackson, WY. Head north on US-89 N/US-191 N towards Moose. Continue for about 23 miles until you reach the junction with the road to Grand Teton National Park. Turn left onto the Teton Park Road (Inner Park Rd). Signal Mountain Lodge will be approximately 14 miles down this road on your left at 1 Inner Park Rd, Moran, WY 83013. Please note that a park entrance fee is required for Grand Teton National Park, which is $35 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.

There is limited public transportation available in Teton County. You can take the START Bus from Jackson to the Moose Junction stop. From there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Signal Mountain Lodge, which is about 14 miles away.
