Follow Teton Park Road until you reach the junction with WY-22. Continue on WY-22 until you reach Alta, WY. From Alta, head to Alaska Basin Trailhead, which is marked and accessible. The road to the trailhead may require a high-clearance vehicle, especially during early summer due to snow runoff. Parking is available at the trailhead.
