This road will lead you directly into the wilderness area, where you can access various trailheads. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for gravel roads, as some parts may be unpaved and rough.

If you are using public transportation, your best option is to take a bus to Lander, Wyoming, which is approximately 60 miles from Boulder. From Lander, you can arrange for a local shuttle service to take you to Boulder and then to Bridger Wilderness.
