Once you reach the entrance of Grand Teton National Park, pay the entrance fee (currently $35 per vehicle, valid for 7 days). After entering the park, follow Teton Park Rd for about 12 miles. You will see signs for Cascade Canyon Turnout on your left. There is a parking area available for visitors.
