Getting There

    If you are starting from the Al-Mahwit area, head towards the main road leading to the Old City. Follow Al-Mahwit Street until you reach the intersection with Al-Sa’ada Street. Turn left onto Al-Sa’ada Street and continue walking straight. You will pass several local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the large mosque on your right as a landmark. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will see the high walls of the Old Sana'a City on your left.

    If you are coming from the Al-Saleh Mosque, exit the mosque grounds and head south towards Al-Sabain Street. Walk along Al-Sabain Street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Al-Zubair Street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will start to see the distinctive architecture of the old city. As you approach the walls, you can enter through one of the gates to explore further.
