From Chimfunshi Wildlife Orphanage, head north on the main road (T4) towards Luanshya. Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction to turn onto the road leading to Luanshya town. Follow the signs for Luanshya, and once you enter the town, keep left at the fork to stay on the main road. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to Makoma Dam. The dam is located at VC48+HGV, so input this into your GPS for more precise navigation.
