Keep in mind that the last segment of the journey will involve navigating through rural roads, so be prepared for potential rough terrain. You will then reach the ferry terminal at the shores of Lake Bangweulu. The ferry to Chilubi Island operates periodically, so check the schedule in advance. The ferry fare is approximately $5 per person.
