Car
From the town of Mutare, drive east on the A4 highway towards Honde Valley. Continue for approximately 50 km until you reach the Honde Valley area. Once you reach the Honde Valley, look for the coordinates 9QX5+4C on your GPS or maps application. The destination, Manyonho, is located off a small road within the Honde Valley area. Ensure you have a reliable GPS as the signage can be limited.
Public Transportation
From Mutare, take a shared minibus (commonly referred to as 'kombis') heading towards Honde Valley. The ride should take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the number of stops. Inform the driver that you wish to disembark at Honde Valley. Once you arrive in Honde Valley, you may need to hire a local taxi or a motorbike taxi (boda-boda) to reach Manyonho, as public transport does not go directly to this location. The cost for the taxi or motorbike ride may vary, so it’s advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand.
Walking
If you find yourself in Honde Valley and prefer to walk, you can hike to Manyonho from the main road. Follow local trails that lead towards the coordinates 9QX5+4C.
