If you're driving from Mutare, take the A3 highway towards Nyanga. Continue for about 60 kilometers until you reach the Nyanga National Park entrance. Once you pass through the entrance, follow the signs towards Mount Nyangani. The road is well-maintained, but be cautious of potholes and local wildlife.
