From the city center of Gweru, head east on Robert Mugabe Way towards the Gweru River. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with A18 road. Turn left onto A18. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers. You will see Eagles Nest Lodge on your left side. It is marked with a sign and is situated along the roadside.

From the Gweru Bus Terminus, take a local minibus heading towards Mkoba. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at A18 road. After approximately 15 minutes (depending on traffic), you will reach A18 road. Once you get off, walk back about 200 meters towards the direction you came from, and you will find Eagles Nest Lodge on your left side.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Gweru city center and head east on Robert Mugabe Way. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until the A18 intersection.
