Start from the centre of Kariba, near the Kariba Market. Head southwest on the main road, which is known as the Mucheke Road. Continue walking for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the main highway (A2). Turn left onto the A2 highway and walk for another 1.5 kilometers. As you walk, enjoy the views of the lake on your right. Once you reach the Sundowners Point area, look for signs directing you towards the viewpoint. It is located just off the main highway, a short distance from the lake's edge.
