Getting there

Car

If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Mutare. Head southwest on Herbert Chitepo Street towards 7th Avenue. Continue straight onto the Bypass Road (A3) for about 6 km. Take the exit towards the C2 road. Follow the C2 road, and then take the turn towards Cross Kopje, which is located at the coordinates 2MCX+G4G. Be sure to keep an eye out for local signage indicating directions to Cross Kopje.

Public Transportation

To reach Cross Kopje using public transportation, take a shared taxi or a minibus from Mutare's main bus station to the Mutare Bypass. From there, you can either take another shared taxi directly to Cross Kopje or walk approximately 2 km from the Bypass to reach your destination. Shared taxis usually cost around 1 to 2 USD, depending on your starting point.

Walking

If you are already near the Bypass area, you can walk to Cross Kopje. From the Bypass, head east towards the coordinates 2MCX+G4G. The walk is approximately 2 km and should take around 30 minutes. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated, especially during warmer weather.
