Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Mutare, head south on Main Street towards the intersection with Robert Mugabe Way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 1st Avenue. Turn right onto 1st Avenue and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the corner of 1st Avenue and Herbert Chitepo Street. Here, you can catch a local minibus or taxi heading towards the Cecil Kop Nature Reserve. Inform the driver that you are going to Cecil Kop Nature Reserve, and they will drop you off close to the entrance.
Public Transport (Minibus)
From your location in Mutare, find a nearby minibus stop. Look for the minibuses that have signs indicating they are heading to the Cecil Kop area. Board the minibus and pay the fare (usually a small amount). The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Be sure to tell the driver where you're going; they'll let you off at the closest stop to the reserve. After disembarking, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the entrance of Cecil Kop Nature Reserve, which is approximately a 5-minute walk from the minibus drop-off point.
Bicycle

After about 1 km, turn onto Herbert Chitepo Street and continue straight. Follow the road signs towards Cecil Kop Nature Reserve, which is approximately 5 km from the city center. The route is mostly flat and offers scenic views. Ensure to wear a helmet for safety.
