    David and Yann were great! They were professional and friendly. We appreciated their patience and skill in training and guiding us on the Segways. They were also enthusiastic and passionate when explaining the history of the various sites. Highly recommended!

    Madrid is a beautiful city, the sights visited on this tour were great and our guide was caring, informative, and friendly. Unfortunately our experience was tainted by the other participants who arrived 30 minutes late, causing us to backtrack to pick them up. They ignored instructions to follow single file, traveling dangerously close to us and trying to push to the front, even on roads with live traffic. My suggestion is for tour operators and guides to enforce the rules more strictly to ensure the safety of all travelers.

    Extremely nice way to view Madrid highlights! Good value for money, friendly tour guide. Segway was easy to ride. Good fun!

    Amazing experience to see the city on Segway. Experienced riding a Segway for the first time and the tour guide, Joseph, ensured that the instructions were clear and was very patient with all of us. The tour included adults as well as children as young as 10 years old and everyone of us was able to enjoy it thoroughly.

    David was a great tour guide, had great knowledge of the history of the monuments in Madrid. He made us feel comfortable on the segways and explained really easily how to use them. Was a fun experience.
