    I booked the 90 minute Parasailing experience. I was contacted by the company 1 hour before my trip to say the weather may effect my booking and to give them a call. I did and was told they had to shut down for the day but I could reschedule or they could issue a refund. I chose refund since we were leaving the next morning. They took my e-mail to send a refund confirmation, but that never came. I e-mailed to ask about my refund over 48 hours ago and still have not gotten a response. The cancelation they sent makes it sound like I cancelled. I would just like a refund. I already had to disappoint my child and just want to be done.

    Our Pilot Mike and his partner were absolute professionals!! This was a great experience and we had a fantastic day! Would recommend this to anyone, zero physical skills needed. Sit down, strap in and fly. In the air it is absolute silence and peace, not fearful or scary in any fashion. Don't miss out on this, these guys have it down to a science! Thank you Sea Rocket Ft.
