Visit the Capital of the Trulli, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. A pleasant walk among the trulli of Aia Piccola, a residential area with a ban on opening shops, and the Rione Monti which houses an agglomeration of more than 1000 trulli. In Aia Piccola you will savor the true essence of Alberobello, among the alleys of whitewashed houses, while in Rione Monti we will visit the Siamese Trullo and the Trullo Church together. Possibility then of free time to do some shopping among the various artisan and souvenir shops or savor a local craft beer, a Leccese coffee or whatever the various smells of Alberobello's good cuisine can inspire you. After the guided tour of the historic center of about 1 hour, live with us the unique experience of building a real miniature trullo with your own hands that you can take home as a souvenir of this magnificent experience. And before leaving us, we will take you to an ancient and original 18th century trullo for a short tasting of Apulian snacks with taralli, friselle, tomatoes in oil, fried broad beans and local wines and liqueurs.
