This tour will end at the Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom). From here, you can easily walk to other sights, such as the Fernsehturm or Alexanderplatz. The tour guide will also guide you to the nearest U-Bahn station, if necessary.

Pariser Platz

The tour guide will meet you at the U-Bahn station in Paris Square (Pariser Platz). You'll get some introductory information about Berlin as well as the history behind Paris Square while slowly walking toward the Brandenburg Gate. Throughout the tour your guide will be open for questions.

Brandenburg Gate

Here, you'll dive deeper into Berlin's rich history. Your tour guide will explain the Brandenburg Gate's importance, give you information on its beautiful architecture, and tell you some fun facts. You'll then walk through the gate to where the Berlin Wall once stood.

We'll walk back from the Parliament Building through a small sliver of the biggest park in Berlin, called the Tiergarten. This former GDR Ministry Building for Foreign Trade is now an office building for the German Parliament. You'll learn about its history and the reason for its name.
