    Such a beautiful winery! We had the best time with Vivi at our tour and at our tasting! Highly recommend stopping if you're in the area!

    This was a highlight of my trip to Chianciano Terme. Just a 15 minute scooter ride east of the city, Poggio Del Moro sits above the Strada delle Cavine e Valli among the rolling hills and valleys of this region. The vineyard boasts several different varietals of grapes including Sangiovese and Trebbiano. In addition, there are olive trees, fruit trees and they even harvest truffles. The estate is beautiful and the facilities are very clean and very charming. The hosts were Tatiana and her 13 y.o. son Mateo. They were both simply amazing. Tatiana is Russian and has a varied background including agriculture and marketing. Her passion for her vineyard and wines is clearly evident in her pursuit of organics, self-sufficiency and ecological responsibility. She is interesting to say the least. Mateo is an intelligent and charming young man. Throughout the tasting, Tatiana takes a backseat and allows her son to explain the wines thoroughly. Equally as passionate as his mother and very well spoken, Mateo takes his time to help their guests understand everything about the wines - the varietals, the process of aging, the beautiful artwork on the labels and the meaning of different names for the wines. When you visit, it’s imperative that you ask Mateo about his ancient coin collection. He may be more passionate about his coins than the wines and he will teach you several things you may not have known about his niche hobby. In addition, Tatiana is passionate about art and has several pieces throughout the space from local and regional artists. She takes her time to explain anything you’d like to know about any of the works. This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Italy. I hope to return one day with some friends. I wish Tatiana and Mateo years of successful harvests and happiness!

    We had a great time. Tatiana, the owner, oozed passion and had so much knowledge, it was very impressive and her son Matteo, her son, stole the show with all of his knowledge at such a young age. We were provided with delicious wines, a lovely charcuterie board, and the winery was so beautiful. We felt very spoiled. Thanks guys!

The experience includes a guided tour of Poggio del Moro Boutique Winery, from the vineyards, to the oil mill, to the cellar and the barrique cellar, you will discover with us this exclusive estate and the production process of our natural wines. Once you arrive in our refined tasting room, you can taste the most iconic wines of Poggio Del Moro, with a selection of 6 exclusive labels - White IGT "IVOLE" - IGT Rose "GALIO" - DOCG CHIANTI "NU" - IGT Tuscan Red - DOCG Chianti SUPERIOR - IGT SuperTuscan RASEA The wines will be accompanied by a Tuscan platter with zero km products such as cheeses, salami and bruschetta.
