    It was a beautiful ride to some lovely areas of Tahaa where we did a short drift snorkel in clear warm water with pretty coral and several colorful fish. The views of the coastline of Tahaa were very pretty. Our guide was helpful and courteous. If you like being on the water and jet skiing I would recommend this trip to see the beautiful scenery around Raiatea.

    We had a series on unfortunate events during our excursion, so I am trying to be as fair as possible in my assessment. First of all, we got a late start because a couple of people were late and the tour kindly waited for them, second issue was one of our jetskis broke down in the middle of the ocean on the way back home and the tour stopped in the middle of ocean and waited for guide to trouble shoot and then finally someone came to help. (Clearly, no one's fault). The problem with everything was our guide did not speak English well (at all), so we never knew what was going on and what we were waiting for, etc. A couple things that would have made this much better for us - English speaking guide who could tell us what we were doing and what was coming next, etc. I wish I would have wore aqua socks instead of flip flops. The beach/ocean floor is full of spiky rocks & coral and flip flops slide off your feet in the rocks. I cut my foot and hand. The oyster/pearl tour was very interesting and the area where we snorkeled was gorgeous.

    We made arrangements in the morning after stepping off the Windstar cruise in Raiatea. It was quick and easy with only a very short drive to the starting point. The trip was amazing. Pino, our guide, was excellent. He was patient, polite and seemed to be having as much fun as the rest of us! The jet skis were in great condition, clean and functioned as advertised. The waters were amazing. Swam with the sharks, saw stingrays, and had a beautiful drift snorkel under the bright sun. Coconut water and fresh fruit on a Motu were an unexpected and refreshing treat! Book the trip. You wont regret it. Just do it!

    Pino was our guide for just my husband and I for an afternoon trip from the Windstar cruise port. Excellent! He took GoPro photos of us included with the tour. He was patient and took time to let us guide what we wanted to do. My husband and I shared the jetski and there was plenty of room. We swam with sharks, saw some surfers and explored and just chilled a bit with coconut water on a beach motu. We had done a Windstar excursion in the morning and had plenty of time to hop back on the ship for a shower and lunch before meeting just next to the ship dock (<100m) with the jetskis. The ship docks in Raiatea, so this was SUPER simple and close to the ship. We didn't have to take a bus or transport to get to the jetskis- they came to us!

    Very fun adventure, even for first time jet skiers! We had plenty of time on the jetski and snorkeling. Pino was very pleasant and showed us numerous things. He was very patient. It would have been great if he spoke more English as he struggled to understand my questions. The step on the jet ski was broken and split in half and did not offer adequate support for me getting up and the basic getting up from deep water plan didn't work well for me, so I got frustrated trying to understand what Pino wanted me to do once I put my foot on his shoulder. I was counting on more pictures to see on Facebook, he took so many that day, but only 6 were posted. The riding ones are too far away to even tell who is driving.
