    First our driver was 30 mins late. The van he pulled up in was old and the air was barely working. Mind you its july so its like 100 degrres and hot. So we were suppose to have a 45 min training class outside of the water but I think since the driver was so late that training was like 15 mins. Then when we got to the spot for scuba diving the cia in dubai came to check all their paperwork (something commonly done there) well one of the guys that was going in the water with us had no certification. They didnt have all the paperwork. Since this guy was not able to take us in the water cause he has no certification we had to wait in that hot van while someone else came. We sat in this van over 30 mins. Finally they take is to the water and you can tell they are in a hurry cause now they are behind schedule. So we were suppose to have a 45 min training course in the water as well. That turned into just 5 mins! He began to take me and my husband out deep in the water. I think they put too much weight on my husband because he was immediately sinking all the way down to the floor of the sea, belly laying on the sand. The guide just takes off we cant even see him. We felt unprepared and unsafe and we both went to the top and said naw we are done. Being an establishment in dubai i definitely expected this to be way better than our experience. So basically we went in the water actually scuba diving for like a total of 5 mins and spent a lot of time waiting around on issues this company was having all day. Guess what. They offered no sort of refund for any of their inconvenience either.
