Good to know
Please note that this is a true wildlife experience, and we do not guarantee perfect conditions. We believe in transparency with our guests and want to manage expectations. While manatee season offers clearer waters, during spring, summer, and fall, the manatees can be found in the grass flats where visibility can vary between 1 to 6 feet. However, there is a residential population of manatees in our bay year-round, so you can still have the chance to see these gentle giants even in the off-season.
