Just bring your curiosity and appetite! What makes sushi special is the endless variety of ingredients and styles you can explore. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make: -Nigiri (hand-pressed sushi) -Inari (sweet tofu pouch sushi) -Hosomaki (thin roll) -California Roll We begin with a short introduction to essential Japanese ingredients — such as dashi, miso, and traditional seasonings — followed by a demonstration. Next comes sushi prep: start by making tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), which will be used as a filling in your sushi rolls. Then, prepare sushi rice and toppings such as shrimp. Once everything is ready, you'll learn how to roll and shape your own sushi with full guidance. After making your sushi, sit down and enjoy your meal with miso soup, fresh wasabi, and pickled ginger — our instructors support you every step of the way, so relax and have fun! Note: We use pre-sliced fish. This class does not include raw fish cutting instruction.
