    We were really looking forward to the boat tour with all you can eat kale. It started with us getting in at Bridge 4 - there was no indication, no staff on site, that this time it would be Bridge 10. At the last minute we came on board. The free choice of seats had also been abolished without further ado - everyone was assigned some table. The hammer, however, when the kale buffet opened, was that the food (kale, potatoes, kassler, pee and the pork cheek) was still cold. After more than 45 minutes the suggestion came that there were problems in the kitchen - not a word of apology - even the second attempt was unsatisfactory - the food was just lukewarm. Our conclusion - NEVER AGAIN- there was a plus but- the service staff in the operating area was a force!
