    Wonderful experience ! I really recommand. I did it with my girlfriend and she said it was the best gift I ever gave her ! We learnt a lot and had a lot of fun, Arielle was wonderful with us, we have a fantastic time.

    YES YES YES! Absolutely cannot recommend this workshop enough. I did this workshop with my best friend and we still can’t stop talking about it. It was very thoughtful, educational and fun! Arielle ( the host) is so patient and knowledgeable - I am an absolute beginner and without giving too much of the contents of the workshop I left having learnt more about scents , oils, molecules , layering and so much more. Most importantly I love that I learnt about what scents I like and when searching for perfumes nowadays I actively search for perfumes with my favourite oils// molecules . Arielle also has some great already made perfumes to buy on the day! I got a couple ( highly recommend “stroopwafel”) and I’ve gotten so many complements using it. I named my perfume “Ikaya” which means home in Xhosa. It was perfect and so me - thanks Arielle for passing on the knowledge! Looking forward to the next time .

    Wow! Loved this experience with Arielle! Would recommend it to anyone. Why? First of all, Arielle is a wonderful host of the DIY make your own fragrance workshop, she makes you feel at ease and is a great connector of people - the vibe in the group with the 5 others was right away on point. Secondly, it is a super creative and fun process to create your own smell. We got introduced to 25 ingredients (molecules) that could be chosen from to make your own fragrance. Loved to learn more about the science and background of these smelled which Arielle explained very well. The end product is so gratifying - as you get to go home with your own fragrance that you have concocted yourself! Would recommend it to anyone - especially if you’re looking for a creative + out-of-the-box date idea! Thanks Arielle, for a wonderful time!

    We did a private workshop for my partners birthday and it was honestly amazing. Throughout the experience we learned to differentiate so many different smells and created our own parfum with expert advice from Arielle. And funny enough even a month after we feel that we can differentiate smells better / articulate better what we smell.

    The scent workshop was really fun and interesting! It got me looking at the ingredients lists of products whose scent I like, and also looking at ingredients suppliers because I’m like hmm, how could I tweak this more? I’m really happy with the scent I created. I think the pacing was good; it was necessary to have time to take “scent breaks” to let your nose rest, and then to have some time to think over and plan out the individual perfumes we created. Thanks Arielle!

    A calm, small-group perfume-making workshop in Amsterdam, hosted in a beautiful home studio. No prior experience needed. You’ll begin with a gentle welcome and grounding exercise, followed by an introduction to scent and perfumery basics. Through guided discovery, you’ll explore a curated selection of high-quality fragrance ingredients and learn how to recognise and combine them. With one-to-one support, you’ll experiment at your own pace and create your own personalised scent. You’ll leave with a sample spray and your personalised formula in a hand-stamped linen pouch. You may upgrade to a 10ml travel-size bottle for an additional cost if you like. The experience is unhurried, reflective and welcoming, with plenty of time to experiment and ask questions. Tea and water are provided. This Amsterdam perfume workshop is ideal for solo travellers, couples or small groups looking for a meaningful, creative experience.

Enjoy plenty of time to experiment, then take your bespoke custom creation home. 14:00 - 14:30 Part 1 | Welcome & Grounding Connect with one another over your favourite smells and the memories that they evoke, followed by a grounding meditation to set tone and intention for the workshop. 14:30 - 15:30 Part 2 | Intro & Guided Discovery Learn perfumery basics, the science behind your sense of smell, and how to train it, during a guided discovery of 20 high-quality ingredients. 15:30 - 17:00 Part 3 | Mindful Experimental Blending w/ Support Unleash your creativity and experiment with 20 high-quality perfume ingredients. Enjoy plenty of time to make up to two blends, and leave with your custom creation in a 3ml spray, or upgrade to a 10ml travel bottle for an additional cost.
