    I initially booked another tour with another operator, and then when checking my confirmation, I realized that the operator took a large group out to the cave. I wanted a more "personal" experience, and that it why I chose Las Vegas Kayak tours. It said they only take smaller groups out, and that sounded perfect to me. Mike, our tour guide (more on him later) actually said out 8 person group was unusually quite large. Mike was a totally cool guy with a huge beard. Communication before the tour was excellent. He was timely and informative on how to use the kayak and equipment. Anyone can do this tour even with no experience. 4 hours was plenty of time to complete the whole tour, and along the way, Mike was very informative about the features of the rock formations and even the plants. You stop for a short break at a cool little beach where u can cool off and rehydrate (all of which the tour operator provides). The wait to get into the cove was not long and was so cool. It is a bit of a workout, but anyone can do it The coolest thing about Mike is that all through the tour, he was taking pictures on his phone, AND then he shared all the pictures with the group through a shared file for FREE. There is no charge at all. Oh, a word to the wise. Make sure you put sunscreen on the top of your knees......remember Mike?.....lol. Great tour that I would do again. Thank you from Emmy & Carl

    Wonderful tour! Their customer service is excellent! I had an issue with Groupon when first purchasing and Las Vegas Exclusive Kayak helped me get it all straighten out! We were late arriving for our tour and they waited! It's a truely beautiful spot and we will do this again!
