    Great overview of the island with stops at key points along the way. Guide was very knowledgeable and covered historical and current island stories. Recommend this as a great experience in a half day time frame.

    I was a little hesitant booking an excursion with only one review but I'm so glad I chose this one! My husband and I agreed that this was the best excursion of our cruise. We were picked up in a red pick up truck like the other review mentioned. We fit perfectly though and enjoyed the ride to the National Park. While casually walking on a shaded trail, we learned about the medicinal plants along the way and stopped to look at some of the wild life in the area. Once back from the trail, we were served a generous portion of fresh fruit and the most refreshing lemonade. They also had cold lemon grass face towels that were an unexpected but very lovely bonus. The drive to lunch took us all around the island. We learned more about the history and 2017 impact of hurricane Irma. On the way, we passed several group tour taxis that made us feel fortunate to have booked this private tour. As for lunch itself, I was beyond impressed with this waterfront restaurant. I'm not sure what was better: the food or the views! Each stop was more enjoyable than the last. The rum distillery and onward to the ice cream parlor were the perfect capstone of the excursion. I can't recommend this excursion enough. If you want to see the sights and enjoy some food, this is the best excursion to book!

    I paid $800.00 for a private tour for 4 adults. While booking I had to include the “weight” of each participant. Makes sense as it seems like the tour company will bring a vehicle that will comfortably accommodate 4 adults, right? The vehicle that was provided for our tour was a Mazda pickup truck with a VERY SMALL rear cab. I am 5’ 3” tall and was supposed to sit behind the driver. There was no room for my legs unless I scrunched them into the drivers seat. We were expected to fit 2 more adults into this rear cab. One would think that $800.00 would afford more space and comfort. In fairness to our driver he was going to “vehicle swap” with another driver who had a Jeep Wrangler. Again the drivers seat was reclined so far back that there was literally no leg room. Stuffing 3 adults into the back of a Jeep is not acceptable to me at this price point. I should have taken pictures of the passenger compartment…… The driver called the owner of the tour and I spoke with him. Not only was he unwilling to consider sending another vehicle he was rude. I asked for the trip to be cancelled, he refused. I asked for a refund, he refused. I am going to request that my credit card company lodge a formal dispute with this company. Save your money. This company is disingenuous and unwilling to issue a refund. After this we found an open air taxi that charged us $500.00 and we had the entire vehicle to ourselves! We had a glorious day, seen the entire island and had a wonderful tour guide. Not happy at all!!!!!!!

    I booked this excursion at the last minute, and I am so glad I did. I really wasn’t looking forward to it at first because I wanted to do something different which wasn’t available. The company was very accommodating and they picked me up at my location of choice. I had a private tour of the island. My tour guide was so nice, laid back and accommodating. He catered the tour to my interests and was very attentive. On our hike, he was knowledgeable about the plants, wildlife and history of the island. We went to a beautiful beach where he hung around but out of site for the hour we were there. Since I wanted to stay a little longer, he adjusted the tour to accommodate me. We ended with a great lunch, which was included. I would definitely recommend this tour!
