A 3-hour wool tour in Zemo Alvan involves getting to know the complete chain of wool processing from Tushetian sheep.Participants of the tour meet in Zemo Alvan, in the Veli Guest House, and continue to walk to the local wool processing workshop, which is the only workshop in the region. (The workshop may be in progress or temporarily suspended.) In this workshop, tour participants will get to know the complete chain of processing and final product creation of Tushetian sheep's wool. After visiting the workshop, participants will walk to the local artist's workshop (the workshop is in their home), where they will see how traditional products are made using Tushetian sheep's wool and threads. After learning about the activities of local artists, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an artist workshop or master class and make their own handicrafts to take home as souvenirs. The final part of the tour is dinner at the Veli Guest House, where they will taste traditional Tushetian dishes and drinks. Tour duration: 5 hours Walking distance: 3 kilometers
