    Great experience, with a great explanation about the details of Porto wine creation process. Location is a huge plus, and is easily accessible

    I was running late and lost. But they were able to accommodate my tasting. There were a variety of tastings that changed the experience of the various ports. I didn't know that olives gave a tongue coating that reduced the alcohol burn. There was also cheese, bread, and chocolate.

    We had a lot of fun and the wine pairing was delicious! I enjoyed learning about the history of wine.

    Excellent presenter. I appreciated the pairing of the wine with tastes of food, but I find it a little bit overpriced. I also booked a tour that included both a guided tour on foot together with a tasting, that took place in one of the storage houses in Gaia. If I was to do it over, I would probably look for a presentation in one of the storage houses in Gaia instead. The setting there is more authentic with the impressive barrels, but look for something with a food pairing.

    The tasting was great! We were hosted by André who was really fun and made it a really nice experience! You have to go through the tourists office which at first is odd but once you go past the curtain it’s really nice so don’t get put off by that!
