    Horrible experience with Viator. Opt to 6H Napa Valley winery tours on Limousine. Coworkers flew all the way to Napa on Friday August 16th to do the tours but Rodney (contracted Limo) did not show up. We called Rodney and was told he did not get the confirmation from Viator. When we contacted Viator (Kim) customer service said confirmation was sent to Rodney. I do not know who drop the ball but we were the one suffered because of this unprofessional people. Viator couldnt find anyone to pick us up or any alternate tours to accomodate us. I will never recommend Viator again. This was a nightmare experience.

    Booked this Napa Valley tour at the last minute and Rodney & his concierge team immediately contacted me and helped plan a fantastic day to some great wineries. Our driver FA was very professional & on-time and he ensured that we had a great time. I also appreciated that all the fees were included in the price so we were not surprised by any additional cost once we returned from a great day. I would definitely recommend this tour and I will book another private tour the next time we are in town!

    Champion did a great job. I thought this was going to be a group tour in the limo, but we had it all to ourselves. Vanessa did well setting up the wineries and our driver gave us a bit of history and highlights along the way.

    We had a blast. The owner and the staff were amazing. They are so easy to work with. I would recommend them. Very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

    Perfect day for our girls’ trip! Our driver was great and the ride was smooth. The service was very accommodating and flexible. Note: you will have to make your own winery bookings.

The fuel fee is based on the total milage driven outside of the designated location area listed above. If pickup and or drop off location requires the entry of a bridge toll plaza(s), please expect a bridge toll fee. If pickup and or drop-off location are outside the 15-mile radius of the designated landmark listed above, this may affect the duration of the wine tasting experience. More time may need to be added to the 6-hour prearranged booking to accomplish the full wine tasting experience that you requested. In the event that more rental time is needed, Champion Limo Service will charge client directly. If client doesn't want to extend the rental time, the less wineries will be visited to accommodate the pick-up, wine tasting experience, and the drop-off within the 6 hours booked and paid to Viator and or its partners. If client doesn't want to extend the rental time, then less wineries will be visited. Or client can choose the be picked up and dropped off in the designated location area.
