    This cooking class was very special. It was our last night in Argentina, and also a fun way to celebrate my birthday. David and Rosie even changed the menu slightly so that we got to make a fun birthday dessert. There were six of us in the class, and we each had preparation tasks to do, in between trying different alcoholic drinks and having interesting conversations, while David and Rosie did the actual cooking part. For me, that was perfect because I got to learn how to make the different dishes and drinks, but I was also able to just sit, relax, drink, and eat! When we arrived, we had appetizers, and made a drink with gancia. Over the course of a little over three hours, we learned how to make empanadas, chimichurri, steak with vegetables and potato chips, and my birthday dessert, plus we tried fernet with coke, and different wines. Vegetarian options are available, as well. After the class, they send you all the recipes. I can't wait to try these at home. This was such a great experince. Thank you for a special birthday evening, David and Rosie! ❤️
