The driver was meant to meet us at the arrival gate but we couldn’t find him anywhere( so we ended up pushing our suitcases and three children on our own to go and find his car at a pick up bay, and they still charged me an additional fee

I waited for at least 20 minutes to be contacted and tried to contact Viator to get the drivers number. As i exited the gate i did not see anyone. Waited and tried to call support. Could not wait any longer thus i had to obtain 2 taxi (fortunately the line for the taxi was not long).
Currently i am waiting for viator to process my refund.

Was delayed during immigration and still waited 25 minutes in the humid heat curbside for the driver to arrive after flying for 19 hours. Car was very clean and upscale though.

But do note that additional bank surcharge of 10 percent are applicable if you will be paying your fare by credit card.
