    This was one of the best experiences ever. The company was very professional, responsive, provided great instructions on where to meet, and rendered VIP services start to finish. Our driver was very very good. Our guide Elizabeth explained everything well and never left our side (except on the hike and waterfalls), the photographer Alex captured every moment and sent the photos expeditiously. So glad we booked outside of our cruise company for this one because it’s a popular excursion and the cruise groups were much larger. At the falls our group was small and the guides were very patient and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely associate this tour company with excellence.

    DSRP company, the bus driver Jose Miguel, Elizabeth and specially their guide JB were very kind and fun. These was a great excursion and great service.

    Sliding down the waterfalls and jumping off the cliff were both an unbelievable experience not to be missed. The hike up was challenging but short. It was nice being a part of a small group, just our family. Our guide took a lot of pictures which was great since we didn’t have waterproof cameras or cases for our phones. He emailed me a link to the pictures and videos, it was an extra cost. We were able to rent water shoes, which are a necessity, at a very reasonable price. Could have done without the tobacco plantation stop at the end, but it was interesting.

    Our photographer JB treated us like family. He made sure that no one was in the back ground (as much as possible) and took personalized pictures and videos of us. The waterfalls were amazingly beautiful and so much fun! I wish we had time to do the 27 waterfall tour after experiencing the 7. JB also got us some authentic DR food! Then they brought us to a little farm where we got to try fresh mangoes and other products from a tiny little comfy store. It was a very memorable experience! Highly recommend booking through them instead of the cruise. I just wish the waterfall tour wasn't so rushed. I know JB didn't have control of that.
