    Good massage good service by the crew. Liam was very helpful in finding slots for 4 of us and also gave us rooms which were comfortable. Because of this we came back twice during our stay in hanoi. All in all highly recommended to come back.

    It’s my Mum’s birthday. Liam, Mia & Sam surprised my mum with a cake & absolutely treated us with all respect & love. The package was amazing, the ladies were just so welcoming & lovely. We spent all day here with a Herbal Bath, 90m Massage, 60m Facial & a 30m Coffee body scrub. Please visit this place, it’s just perfect. We’re from Australia, we wish Serene could be available in our country. So beautiful, we will be back!!

    Kevin did an excellent job with my deep tissue manage. The spa was very clean and the complimentary steam shower was making and relaxing. Highly recommend 🥰
