What to expect
Alluvia Chocolate House Hội An
- The workshop will start with the introduction of ca cao in Vietnam, the process of making chocolate from pod to bar by the Vietnamese - Later, you will be instructed to temper chocolate bar (dark) of 30gr, decorate it and wrap the bar with paper. - While waiting for the chocolate sets, you will be guided to make chocolate pralines and truffles and provided tips related to the making of chocolate. - After the class, you will be offered one free drink (per pax) in the menu (your choice)
