I would not recommend. Horrible customer service. The guys who work there are rude. Horse back wasn’t worth it. The zipline was fun. Oh yea the food that they said was included was literally dog food. The portion of the food needs to change. We was told if we want more $10 a plate.

Moment tres sympa, tout est parfaitement organisé, vous etes pris en charge depuis l'hotel, communication top, une fois sur place vous enchainez les activitees, il faut juste avoir en tete que cela reste un lieu à touristes donc c'est à la chaine, mais l'on peut quand meme apprecier chaque activite. Pour le quad ne vous attendez pas a vous faire des pointes en ligne droite, se sera plutot balade dans la jungle sympa mais l'un derriere l'autre en groupe d'une dizaine de quads. Ensuite les ziplines se sont bien des tyroliennes au nombre de 6, c'est expeditif mais chaque passage et plutot cool et les longueurs sont extras. Pour le cenote, geniale, vous avez un peu plus de temps pour en profiter car c'est libre et le truc super c'est que vous pourrez profiter de 2 plateformes pour sauter, d'un tobogan et d'une tyrolienne. Pour le repas simple mais efficace une assiette complete de fajitas au poulet plutot bonne. Sinon les tips sont tres presents mais ils ne vous poussent pas, se sont juste des boites un peu partout, franchement pas de pression comme sur d'autre site.
Bref vous pouvez y aller tranquille pour une bonne journée. J'etais avec mes 2 filles de 17 ans, elles ont adoré surtout le quad en single. Depart de l'hotel 10 h pour nous, retour vers 16h, donc une bonne demi journée.
