What to expect
On this day our driver/guide will pick you at 5.a.m from your Nairobi hotel/airport.Arriving at Amboseli at around 8.45a.m. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", & is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.You will do a game drive from 8.45.a.m till 12.30.p.m when you will break for lunch at the the Serena lodge or you may have carried picnic lunch to be enjoyed at the Observation hill.Thereafter you will have an enroute game drive as you plan to exit the park departing for Nairobi with estimated arrival time at around 6.45.p.m
